It is the start of a new week for everyone! We did pretty darn good for week 3. Time to think about how you might do it in week 4.
My plans:
Food: Pay attention to calories and times of the day I am eating because I am actually hungry.
Exercise: More of the same & increase speed for after dinner walk
Goal: break the 220's, so 2.8 lbs.

Here's to having an awesome week 4!!!!!!!!!
My goals are pretty much the same as last week except I want to up my evening walk from 3 miles to 4!
Have a great, healthy week everyone!0 -
My goal for the week is not to eat past 9 p.m., no matter what my family is having. We end up having some late nights because of religious meetings, and there's always that "snack before bed". So I'm going to try avoid doing that and eat the extra calories earlier in the day.0

me this week, i am going to eat more of my exercise calories. and not be a calorie pincher. i have been struggling with that. i only dip into them by 100/200 and have loads left most days. so that is what i am working on this week.
can't wait for the weekly team results to see if we won.

Ugh!! Being sick stinks!
My plans for the upcoming week is to GET BACK ON TRACK!! I did well yesterday until suppertime, but due to a lack of planning things went downhill fast.
To get back on track, I am going to sit down with my planner to plan my exercise and food.
Have a great week everyone!0 -
I was doing really well except we got a new dog (this makes #4) and its taking its toll trying to settle into the household. I haven't been able to get to the gym in about 3 weeks, only walks every night. Hopefully only one more week and it will be back to normal. Also, I have just now created a new mantra:
Work stress is not solved by eating cookies.
Good luck all and keep up the good work!

Now, wouldn't THAT just be the best thing ever if cookies cured stress...long term!
Good luck with the new doggy & staying out of the cookie jar!:flowerforyou:0
