You're doing great! 1.5lbs per week is an awesome loss.

    WTG and keep it up!

That is a great pace! It is a healthy, reasonable loss and it will be easier to sustain and continue. Keep up the good work!

You know what is great about that? Your skin being able to keep up with the shrinkage so you don't look like a bag lady with floppy skin when you are at goal! At least that is what I keep telling myelft.

You know what else helps.......Just think about how time is just FLYING by. Xmas seems like it was a month ago! I cannot believe it is almost June already and I started MFP in March. Where did April go? It may seem like it is taking forever to lose weight when you step on the scale and have only lost 1 lb, but in hindsight the time flew by. Just think, before we know it, it will be labor day and we will all be 15-20lbs lighter than today. For me, I am 169lbs and I am thrilled to think that I will be in the 140's by then!!!

If definatly be happy with 5lb in three weeks well done! I've done 3lbs in 3 weeks, I know it's slow but I don't have huge amounts to loose really, if I can continue this way I'll have lost maybe 18lbs in time for my holiday!
Good luck with your weigh in this week!
