What are the 5 foods?

So what are the 5 foods you shouldn't eat that will allow you to shed belly fat? Can anyone tell me without my having to pay for it? (curiosity is killing me...)

    I assume it is' common sense' food. Guessing - yogurt/cottage cheese, fruit/vegetables, vinegars for dressing and not cream dressings. ummmm, that's all the ideas I have right now.

    There are none. As you lose weight, you lose it everywhere. ...Usually. You can tone your stomach to make the muscles firmer under the fat. For food, I wouldn't suggest eating an all fruit diet, or something of the sort. Usually moderate carb, and a balanced macro ratio.

    you can eat anything and still lose weight, as long as it fits into your daily needs.
