~Lean meats (usually a lunch meat, as natural as a I can get! I prefer organic)
~Frozen fish fillets (either Tilaipa, Salmon or tuna)
~Lime juice and lemon pepper (for cooking with... talk about flavor!)
~Whole grain cereal (right now I'm really enjoying the ones put out by Nature's Path)
    ~Leafy greens
    ~Tomatoes (either grape or vine)
~Onion (soooo great to add flavors when cooking!)
    ~Ezekiel bread
    ~Unsweetened Almond Milk
    ~Salsa or Bruschetta
    ~Kalamata Olives
    ~Low fat/fat free feta cheese
    ~Nuts (almonds or cashews)
    ~Fruit (usually get what's cheapest/in season)
    ~Buffalo Jerky
~Protein bars (I switch it up, but pretty consistantly have P90X protein bars)
~Egg Whites and/or Organic Free Range Eggs
    ~Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    ~Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
    ~Extra Virgin Coconut Butter
    ~All Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter

And then on top of all those lovely, healthy, things... I fully admit to being a Skim Chai Latte fan from Starbucks. It's my vice... but I checked the ingredients and they are all natural, so I don't feel too shabby having it (and even better, it doesn't increase my craving for sugars) AND it helps me reach my daily caloric intake :) It's, like, my coffee or soda (since I don't care for either of those).
