Long weekend
perhaps I will fit in some running...
Does anyone repeat their C25k on their off days? I'm thinking if it as I enjoy the regime?
Is it bad to do it more then three days? I don't feel tired and really enjoy it??

While doing C25K, I felt on top of the world, and tried running on consecutive days a couple of times. What happened, though, was I experienced fatigue and felt injury coming on.
I would recommend doing another form of cardio on off days.0 -

From what I understand I think the breaks are necessary in order to restore the muscles.
I am really enjoying it to but don't want to get burnt out early on.0
