I'm not vegetarian, but I have some good recipes because I occasionally eat vegetarian meals. I love the pecan crusted mozzarella and the sweet potato and couscous dishes I make. Let me know if you want the recipes for either..0

I'm not vegetarian, but I only eat meat a few times a week, so I'm always looking for new veggie meals too.

I'm a new vegetarian... and I LOVE IT! Although I have to admit that at times I eat fish (its rare... but I do).0

I love swapping veg recipes! I'm not totally veg anymore, but I was veg for a couple of years then vegan for about 15 years. I prefer to eat what I call a "mostly" diet...mostly raw, mostly vegan, mostly organic, mostly homegrown or local. Eating occasional chicken, eggs, and dairy just makes my life a little easier since most of my friends and family aren't veg.0
