OK... So I need to make a game plan or something... Tonight I have to be at a horse show. So I will be there from after work till about 8 or 9. I am hoping to get a run in tonight. On sat. I will not get to workout, excecpt riding at the show and working the show till 10pm.
Now Sunday I always workout. I am going to try and be really good with my food. I pack snacks and things so that I always have healthy choice on hand. One of the moms from the barn who understands that I am serious about working out has even offered to make black bean brownies so that I can have one "treat" which I thought was really sweet.
I have lost some weight this week after a long platue, and I just don't want to gain because we leave for vacation on wend. I want to feel 10ft tall and bullet proof before we go ... any suggestions ??

Do a little work out before bed or when you wake up. If you are just standing around do some squats, lunges, calf lifts... butt clenches.lol0

Drink lots of water to stave off hunger pangs, pack some healthy snacks (nuts, string cheese, fruit cups), and remember that even a walk around the block or ten jumping jacks is better than not moving at all! You can do it! Have fun on vacation!!0

I'm sure you'll be walking around a lot and staying pretty active (I know I did when I used to show!). Be sure to account for that extra activity by eating lots of healthy snacks and drinking plenty of water. You don't want to under-eat and cause your weight loss to stall. Good luck!0
