If you are on the first week you might lose a few lbs in one week, then 1/2 a lb to 2lbs afterwards or maybe nothing. sometimes you might just need to tone your muscle to get to that size you want, forget the scale. I think i was dropping 1 or 2lb a week when i got to my goal weight 4 years ago.0

It's been a lonnnng time for me. Months to get the last 8-10 off and I'm still working. But my goals are very small at this point. Everyone is different, but the last few "vanity" lbs can be stubborn.0

I've lost almost 30 pounds and I started in late January.0

my first 10 lbs weren't too hard and I'd say 1-2/lbs a week is a good "go-by" if you're exercising 3x week for 30 mins during the week and monitoring calories (but not obsessively either...) At least that's how my came off. Getting past the 10-15 lb range is where i've been held up. ;-)0

I have been at his weight for a long time.Someday I feel I lost couple of pounds and then I gain it back in few days.So at the end I would say the weight has been pretty much the same that is soooooo frustrating.0

Everyone is diferent......I have been on this 5 weeks and lost only 4 lbs! Others seem to drop weight like crazy, some 2-5 pounds in aweek.....I work out 5-6 days a week and have NOT cheated once..... So it just depends on your body makeup......Good luck.....0

Once I hit the 13 pounds to go mark I plateaued. The scale just started moving again and it looks like I am losing about 0.5 pounds/week. I worked the numbers and it looks like November is when I will hit my goal (I have 12 pounds more to go right now).
Your miles may vary- you may not plateau and many other variables come in to play.0
