    3 cups flour
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    1 pck yeast
    1 cup water

Mix and let rise an hour in oiled bowl. Form into pizza-bake at 450 F and ENJOY :)

It's not a super healthy recipe but it ALWAYS works and is delicious. Works for bread sticks and focaccia too. Could substitute whole wheat flour and put herbs (basil, oregano, etc) on crust for more flavor.

    Best of luck!

it's about as healthy as bread can be, I suppose. Nothing wrong with that.

Fleischmann's yeast website has several recipes. Has anyone tried grilling pizza? Hmmm...

Pizza crust yeast makes it sooooo easy.

Pizza Crust: Makes 1 large or 2-3 individual pies

    1 Tbsp. active dry yeast
    1 cup warm water (105 to 115 degrees F.)
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

Dissolve the yeast in the water. Add the rest of the ingredients in and mix.
    Dump onto a floured surface.
Knead into a smooth dough (five minutes or so).
Portion, roll out and add toppings.
Bake at 450 degrees F. for around 12-15 minutes until the crust looks crispy and lightly browned.
