Just wanted to hear what some things are that you all have noticed but were not expecting (or never really thought about) with your weight loss...

I Lost a whole ring size. My wedding rings would fly across the room and I would have to go find them! :noway:

Mine too, I'm gonna have to get mine re-sized when I hit my final goal. I miss mine so much, but I feel great!

I actually lost my engagment ring/wedding bands while i was gardening becuase they are too big. I luckily found the ring, and until i get it resized I wear it on my middle finger. I almost had the most expensive flower planter on my block.

Me too! I had my wedding ring made bigger a couple of year ago as I couldn't wear it, and now it's too loose the new size and in danger of falling off. I have a couple of other rings that are too big now too. I should get something done about them.

Me, too! I had stopped wearing my rings because they were too tight. They now fit perfectly! My feet have even gotten smaller. That was not something I expected, at all!

I went from size 7 to size 5.5. :-) I had no idea until we went to finally pick out an engagement ring after 13 years! :-)

Has anyone noticed their winter hats or ball caps feeling loose? I didn't know that head size could shrink with weight loss, but I swear all of my hats are too big now!

Two years ago I wore a size 8 ring on my ring finger, and back in October I figured I might have lost one whole ring size. . .turns out I really wear a size 5.25! Weird. :) A bit blunt, but here's another thing I never thought about with losing weight. . . I realized I'd have to buy new clothes a lot but for some reason never connected that with buying new underwear. ;)

Boo...I mean yay...but boo...I have a thumb ring (tri color rolling ring - so it has three bands) that I had custom made from Mati (Kabana jewelry). It no longer fits (too big) and because it's custom I can't have it resized without paying an arm and a leg...also because it's three bands I can't add in spacers....I love that ring. Maybe someday I'll get it resized.

I lost a few ring sizes....rings that used to fit on just my pinkie finger now fit on my ring fingers....I also lost a shoe size...that is unbelievable...guess the feet are not as wide and that makes a difference....more of a reason to go shoe shopping!!! WOO HOOO!!!!

I used to not be able to get my wedding rings on. Now I can wear them, but they do get uncomfortable after a while. Won't be long before I'm wearing them all the time again though! :)

Im sure I went down a ring size or 2 because its loose now but not going to resize it til I reach my goal weight. Like someone else mentioned, my underwear are loose on me haha.. funny cause we only think of clothing getting loose

Same! I need to get the promise ring my boyfriend gave me three years ago re-sized...it's slippery these days! I want to wait until I reach my final goal weight, though. Haha.

Ditto! One of the main triggers for me to get off my *kitten* was my wedding ring was too tight and I wasn't wearing it. It fits now! Yay!

I lost over a ring size too! I think my engagement/wedding rings were an 8.25 or 8.5. I was using those plastic snuggies to keep them on, but I've had to stop wearing them altogether at this point. I got my finger sized once just for fun, and they told me I was a 7! I can actually try on display rings now and they actually fit! I even managed to get a 6.5 on once (without realizing how small it was)... so cool, and totally unexpected.

I've still lost nothing from my feet though. I was kinda hoping to go down a bit there, but they are still as big and wide as ever! Ugh. lol
