I went to their website and it says the Kroger near me has them, but I've looked in the health section where the regular tofu is and I can't find them! What section of the grocery store are they found in? I've been wanting to try them for ages! She always raves about them in Hungry Girl.

Do you live near a Whole foods? I know they sell them. If not put in a request with your stores customer service department.

In my stores they're generally in the 'health food' section, near the gluten free or soy versions of foods. But I've never been in a Kroger.

I live in the middle of nowhere, so I finally just ordered them from Amazon.

The noodles themselves are quite flavorless, so use them with a strong sauce. Much like cooking with tofu. Make sure they're WELL rinsed in cold water. I then boil them for 3 min, then pat dry before using.

So far my favorite use has been to stir fry broccoli slaw with spices, mix in with the noodles and a sauce... then eat it all later cold, after the noodles have had time to soak up some flavor.

If you have a large asian grocery around, they may also carry them or the yam shirataki noodles / blocks. I can get the tofu ones at Uwajimaya .50 cheaper a package than whole foods.

These noodles are great, I'm hooked on them now. I find them in Asian (Korean, Japanese) grocery stores, they keep them in the fridge.
