Found a great recipe for Salmon Cakes and made them for dinner last night but they were great only 175 calories.
1 (14.75 oz) can red salmon {don't forget to get the bones out}
1/4 c. whole oats
1/2 c. part skim ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp fresh dill
2 Tbsp fresh chives
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro
2 egg whites
sea salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
Spray non-stick skillet with Pam and cook till golden brown on both sides. Be careful when turning because they crumble easily.
