I've been doing this for about a month. I'm down 8 lbs. This week I just can't seem to get motivated to work out. I have been doing P90x, which I like- except for Plyo, do not like that work out. I don't want to just start dieting, I need a lifestyle change that lasts forever. I can't believe how doing this has made me pay attention to my portion size-- it's unbelievealbe the amount of food I was taking in and thought I was eating fine. I'm taking it slow, but then again- I'm in this for the long run.

Hi there, I so totally agree with a lifestyle change instead of just "dieting". I have days when I don't feel like working out but then I remember where I was this time last year, nearly 90 lbs heavier than I am today, and my motivation comes back full force! I will not go back to the 210 lb. woman I was. I am now enjoying my new body and thats what keeps me motivated. I hope this helps you want to keep at it. Good Luck and God Bless.

You don't have to just 'diet', maybe try changing the things you normally eat (like beef mince for turkey, etc) and keep up with the exercise. It's good in a sense that you're not losing it super fast because it'll make it easier in the long run to stick to it.

Stick to it and set yourself little goals. Best of luck :)
