Tomorrow rheston is going in for surgery, for a double groin hernia repair and a lump in his neck has to be removed. Both regions are very painful but he's managed to keep up his exercise regimen so far. The lump is putting pressure on his nerves and causing some painful muscle spasms. Ironic that this happens just when he's trying to get back into shape again. So let's all keep him in our prayers and thoughts for a speedy and complete recovery! :flowerforyou:
