I need some inspiration/support...

At the time of writing this, my lovely sister has managed to lose 25pounds with WeightWatchers since February and I think I have been trying to shift a few pounds for the last 2 years. So far I managed 4! This feels a bit alien to me as in my 20's I could go to the gym for a couple of hours at the weekend, watch what I ate for a week and seemed to see a difference almost instantly.
I feel my biggest challenge is the fact that I travel at lot with my job (I have been home approx 7-8 weeks this year) and I find it very difficult to stick to any routine. Genuinely, even when I'm very good and exercise regularly these days, although I notice a difference in my tone, my weight barely changes at all. What seemed easy in my 20's sometimes feels close to impossible now.
I would love it some one out there who faces similar challenges could motivate me with their success story and maybe give me some tips.
