Suggestions Needed

Anyone have suggestions for me, for working out while sitting or laying down while my back is out.. I need to get my head back into the game, and I kinda dont want to wait until im completely better.. I need something to start me off so i stay determined... HELP!

lay on your back and do bicycle moves with your arms? lay there and use weights and move your arms in an outward motion, or up and down, or punching...
it's limited, yeah, but there are still plenty of things you can do!0 -
