Weight Training + Aerobics Tips Plz!

I had to choose two electives for my Summer I college because of financial aid. I decided to go with weight training and aerobics!
I'm going to take both courses this upcoming month from June 6 - July 6. Monday through Thursdays from 8 am - 12 pm!!!
I must admit I am scared out of my mind because I haven't exercised in the longest time! Although I've lost around 47 lbs already, I stopped going to the Gym and instead attended Zumba class at my college.
I had to test where I was at in regards to being in shape, and yeah.. i'm so not doing well. The first 15 mins of doing weights and crunches: I couldn't breathe; water wasn't doing anything for me; my legs were shaking; my muscles were soo weak, and I felt like throwing up.
Has anyone gone through something similar? Any tips or things I should do to help my body cooperate? I really want to stick with these courses & try my best. I just hope I don't get sick or end up running to the restroom to throw up!
BTW I'll take before/after pics to show you guys! I'm excited to see the difference, if any.

I went through the same thing. You just have to workoout 5-6 times a week for at least an hour. Sometimes I still get sick from strenuous workouts.0

Yes i have. Any form of physical activity that i ever did until now was Running. Now when i started strength training, even while doing stretches my muscles used to shake/have tremors. But it has slowly improved. Don't expect miracles but if you persist and are regular you will build up good strength within a few weeks.
P.S. - Don't give up0 -
hydrate yourself all day, during your workouts and after...also, get a good protein shake to drink after your workouts to help your muscles recover...they have lots of low calorie ones out now0
