    I am similar, but a late night snacker. Extercise hard at lunch and 8-9 eat a ton. You probably can't stop the snacking part, but you have to find lower calorie snacks to fill you up. As soon as I get home I frequently have a pickle (yes high in sodium, but low cal and filling). I have tried and love snap pea pods and hummus. A few almonds before I go to bed give me some protein. Also a small bow of cereal and low fat milk is very filling and lowish in calorie. Just find something that works for you.
