I started Slim Fast to get back on the wagon and lasted monday through to Thursday but weekends are my dreaded days. Friday night, this morning and this evening I had takeaway so put the 3lbs back on that I had lost so hoping for a 1-2lb loss now. Soo annoyed at myself I just can't seem to get back on track. I only took a week of for birthdays and other events in april and now finding it sooo hard to get back.
So hopefully things will look a bit brighter on the 1st June . Fingers crossed anyways.

Ah crap, I wish I saw this before I had 2 beers tonight. i was 200 calories over (cheat day) but we'll see if the hard work the other days made a good impact.0

Checking in... so far so good. I love summer food choices, makes healthy eating so much easier when I get to have watermelon, fresh veggie pizza, garden salads etc. Keep pushing!0

Okay food wise not so good but I did a 20 minute run and Jillians Michaels 6W6P - usually I only do one or the other0

Well, I came real close. I actually was lower in weight yesterday. What gives? Anyways, I'm down 0.8 lbs. Not quite what I wanted; but, in the end I'm glad it wasn't a gain! Thanks again for setting this up. It kept me focussed!0

Welll I'm not upset with that actually. I mean up 0.2 isn't the end of the world - I've been kicking butt on the exercise front and I feel more toned and stronger. One pound in even 2 weeks is a push for me with a low starting weight!0 -

Although been kind of naughty just lately i just can't seem to WANT to cook and just end up with a takeaway when i'm starving about 8pm. Getting so fed up with this feeling but hopefully I can kick myself up the butt sooner rather than later.
