hi im new to this and already had a bad start

its not easy, no one said it would be. and if they did they were lying! lol. keep your head up, and keep tracking. its a great tool (for me) to have a level of accountability. for me, its and hours by hour struggle to make the right choices. just today, my boss asked me to run to the candy store and gett her 1/2lb of chocolate covered almonds. it was soooo hard not to reach in the bag and pop a couple, but i did it. i resisted. why? because i knew id have to log it, and then work extra hard to make those tiny chocolates go away.
its an ongoing process, that takes time. keep your chin up and dont let this slip up get you down. make the next choice a better one. i promise youll feel good for it!

thank you hun . i didnt really eat that much but what i did eat obviously had loads of calories etc in it, this is my first day with this as my friend recomended it to me so when i registered tonight i just put in what i had had today and already nearly 250 calories over my target for the day oopps i will be strong and see this through0
