No, it does not. Meal timing and frequency are largely irrelevant in the context of proper daily nutrition.
Eating 5-6 small meals a day has no "real" advantages in the context of long term weight loss. It all comes down to personal preference and convenience. If you like eating several small meals, go for it. If you like eating 1-2 large meals, that is completely ok as well. Neither choice will hinder/accelerate weight loss.0
