Hello all!!
I have just joined today! I have been working out for about 2.5 months now but I needed a calorie counter that helped me track my progress. I did want to let everyone know that there a couple of free apps out there for all of you android users, like myself. Number one- There is a my fitness pal app that lets you do all of your calorie counting on the go. Also Number two I installed the "Cardio Trainer" app. It recorded my walking time, distance, speed, and calories burned. That way I can enter them into MFP when I'm done. It also allows you to play your music on your phone while you work out. And will let you know out loud your speed distance and time periodically. It is awesome! I find this very helpful with my plan.

P.S to everyone on here.. Friend me I don't know anyone on here!!
