OK everyone, so crazy question. Hypothetically speaking, If I totally pig out and go over my calories how much time has to go by before I can safely say that the extra calories didn't result in a wt gain? 1? 2? 3 days? What say all of you?

Hypothetically speaking you would have to eat 3500 cals over your daily allowance plus the built in 500 deficit calories to put on lb of weight0

You know it's really weird but if I have a pig out day (only 1) and get right back on the program, it helps me lose weight.
If it works for you great but don't blame me if you string 10 pig out days together :laugh:0
