    Wow, what a great transformation!! What kind of exercise are you doing? I feel like I am at a standstill...I have lost 20 pounds and started at 180 like you...I feel like I'll never get to where I want to be. Any secrets to share? Great inspiration!

    thanks so much everyone!!! remember the last 20lbs are the hardest...so if that is where you are at...don't give up!!! Try switching up your workouts...and you may possibly need to adjust your cals (lower em if you have 0.5-1lbs lost/wk and up em if you have 1.5-2lbs/wk...know it seems backwards but it's your body telling you that you need more!)

    you can all do this...there is NO trick.....positive attitude and hard work is it! cals in/cals out...and you've got this!
