    :heart: I just want to thank all of you very much!! This can be done...and can be done the right way!! Never lose track of why you are dong this and keep pushing forward!! We all have our "off" days but you have got to realize that this happens and the important thing is to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get right back to it!! You are all doing amazing and have made the right first steps by chosing to be healthier, and by coming on this site!! so WTG and CONGRATS to you all!! :drinker:

    I was just doubting myself that I would ever get to 140lbs, but then I see that you started out a little heavier then me, and you have done it!! Thank you for being inspirational!! You have done an AMAZING JOB!! And now I know that my self doubt is just that, DOUBT......I can do this too!! ONE DAY AT TIME!!! Thanks for your encouragement!!
