Good morning,
I'm so glad you all are here. Just feeling mushy again. Probably cause I still don't feel good.
I haven't been logging my food the last two days. I have been wanting comfort foods. I haven't gained back my pound so I guess that's good!
Doctor's appointment went great yesterday. Did you all read my other post?

Today's goals are: drink all my water!!!
get grocery shopping done if it kills me
and do my push ups
I will do some light cleaning also.

We have 90% chance of rain tomorrow (thanks to Ike) so I will have all day tomorrow to clean. So I may skip that last part. :laugh:
I hope you all have a good day and you aren't getting slammed by Ike! I'll be back later.

    yes. . .I read that "blessing" post. . .and I was a puddle! That is so wonderful how you're getting taken care of. (and how strong of you to let go and trust that it would get taken care of. . .that's a big thing I'm working on learning how to do)

    Today is : housecleaning, yoga, water, vits and working. I have a huge deadline on Tuesday (the first in a string of three) that I must meet. (for a real live publisher. . .yikes!).

    Happy (dry and peaceful, hopefully) workouts to all.:flowerforyou:

    Good Morning! I need to read that blessing post.

    I'm trying to stay on track here -- the shoot is pretty crazy. I'm very proud of the amount that I've been able to exercise, and I'm really trying to deal with overeating issues; for some reason I'm starving at the end of every day. Yesterday I reset my goal for the remaining days of this shoot:

    * Burn 500+ calories for 3 of the next 7 days (DONE -- 2 days to go)
    * Do yoga (preferably a yoga class) on 2 of the next 7 days (STILL NEED TO DO THIS)
    * Have drinks 1 of the next 7 days, but no more than 2 drinks (TBD)
    * No more trail mix or candy for the next 7 days. If I need a sweet I will have fruit and a granola bar. (THIS IS A HARD ONE FOR ME!)

    I'm glad everything is working out for you and your son MM. I hope we get some rain too! Right now, just a 50% chance and lots of wind. Should make biking a challenge this weekend!

    Yesterday I walked 7 miles. Today I'm teaching yoga at the gym and getting on the cybex. I think I'm going to add a "not spend any money" on some days of my challenge. We've been keeping a record of everything we buy and we are spending way too much money. I want some new yoga shirts though :grumble: - a t-shirt doesn't cut it for teaching.
