How to eat more cals?

Hi, im new here but i have been tracking my weight and calories for months. I am finding i am not eating enough calories and i dont want to fill with unhealthy options.

What do you do when you havent eaten enough food?

    Some almonds or a little bit of peanut butter/nutella on toast can add some quick calories.

    Rice cake with 2 tbspn of peanut butter... Cheerios with strawberries in milk...

    Adding some nuts and fruit mix is a good way to go. A handful is a good 150 to 200 calories. Its a good source of protein and dietary fibre.

    I use avocado and walnuts to add calories. The avocado is a great source of potassium and walnuts have some omega-3.
