Original Goal Achieved

I hit my original goal weight of 185 this morning and have a solid foothold in the healthy BMI range at 24.4. Looking for 175 now.

    Great job! That's a huge victory. Enjoy it & feed off of it (haha) as you go for the next 10 pounds.

    I have followed the same course (original goal to go from 207 to 187, then updated goal to get to 177). For whatever it's worth, I've found that I have had to amp up my "calories burned" and continue to pull back on the calories eaten to keep the scale moving downward for those last 10 pounds. The body just does not want to give up on the last of the fat reserves!:noway:

    Keep pressing hard and blow the doors off this thing. It'll be worth it. Good luck!

    Thanks everyone! No before pictures, I don't have any from when I was 240 (not a very happy time). Which kinda sucks. Oh well, I'll try to get a "during" this weekend.

    OK, let's see if this works (I've never added a picture). A during picture. I had my boy take a picture of me in my old PT uniform which I now fit in again without looking too completely fat.
