Guilt free treats - what's yours?

I decided to get out into our garage this morning and burn off some calories on our cross trainer (elliptical)... but I needed something to take my mind off it whilst I worked out so I had the sudden brainwave of downloading some 'trash' tv onto my laptop to watch while I worked out! All the things my husband can't stand (in his case, soaps, or anything which involve cutting anyone open - even casualty does it!) so now I can actually look forward to my 'me time TV' in the garage - whilst burning off the calories!

What are your little treats (non-calorific ones obviously) which help to keep you motivated?

    -Watching alot of t.v in my room or basement so I am far from the kitchen!
    -Shopping weather it's window shopping or spending money I love it all
    -Reading forums such as myfitnesspa and getting motivated
    -Karaoke haha I love it and can do it for soo long
    -Putting on makeup and doing my hair just for fun

    I do the housework, ironing, read a book or play catch up on the tv that keeps me out me the kitchen.
