Need to refocus!

I've been slacking MAJOR... I haven't been watching my calories or exercising, and I can definately tell. Everything is getting tighter and I feel like CRAP! I'm excited for ChaLEAN Extreme to come out in November...I hope it helps me get back on track. I need motivation though. Everything I worked for before is already gone and then some.. Now what? I feel like it's not even worth it. Every time I try to count calories I start obsessing and it drives me crazy.. that leads to overeating. Its a vicious circle. Sorry for the rambling and the whining. I just needed to vent. :frown:

  • I feel ya. I too have been slacking and really hope to get back on track before I do any more damage. Where the hell does the motivation suddenly disappear to?!?!?! Good luck to you!
  • You can do it! Just start with little things that are easy for you to change right away. Make sure you're drinking your water each day and getting at least 15 minutes of exercise. That alone will help, trust me! Let us know if you need anything and keep us posted on all of your success! :flowerforyou:

    Have you looked at the web site? It looks to me to be like the P90X program. But of course, I have to get Chalene's videos... :smile:

    I haven't looked at the site...is it just the Beachbody one? I think I tried in the summer but couldn't find it. Oh! Don't tease! I love Chalene but am currently doing P90X, which is good too....but I like variety....after 90 days....I may need a change. HAHA!

    I just started the Turbo Jam so if the ChaLean Extreme is one that I can do at home with weights I will definately try it.

    Yes I totally understand what you're going through. My boyfriend came home from Iraq and we went all out on vegging. From meats to junk food to candy to desserts...and I've definitely got some extra flab to show for it. I gained about 7 lbs in the matter of 3 weeks!!! I feel like a slob and all the awesome clothes I just bought now look like I'm trying too hard to squeeze into them. I really need to get back on track. He left last Tuesday to go back =( and last night was the first time I exercised in a month....so I'm trying to pull in my mojo again...Help me !!!
