I'm not much of a soft-drink consumer, but occasionally I'll have an adult beverage and use a sugar-free soft drink as a mixer. Or so I thought that's what I was doing. I have always assumed a diet soft drink was a sugar-free, zero-calorie beverage. I was reading the nutrition info on a 12-ounce can of Diet Orange Crush. It has 25 calories, and it the second ingredient is high fructose corn syrup. I couldn't believe my eyes! :noway:
