hey all! i've been logging my food for a bit , new to the forums!
I'm a 20 year old female 5'4 - 200 pounds. Goal weight is 130. Been struggling with my weight for years and years, dieted here and there, never stuck to it. I'm finally ready to lose all my weight for good. I'm studying to be a makeup / hair artist, my course finishes in 5 months and I'm hoping to lose 50 pounds by then, i know it seems a bit extreme but i am going to do it the right way by eating healthy / exercising
