Hey everyone!!

I am new to MFP and I definitely need to get in shape. I am a wife and mother of a 7 year old boy. I am 25 and in school for health and wellness. I want to lose like 15 lbs and tone every thing up. I am tired of having a flabby belly. : ( So, I am experimenting with different at home exercises I can do, a gym is not available to me right now. If you have any awesome workouts let me know. I am also experimenting with smoothies and such.
