just done with my freshman year of college and of course : the freshman 15 happened. i was already a bit overweight to begin with. its summer break and i had to go home, so now there is no friends to distract me but ive also gotten a little lazy. i joined to try and keep myself motivated by reading success stories and hopefully find buddies!!!
12 weeks left of summer, 12 weeks to get to my goal: around 130. (preferably 125 but i dont want to lose too much too fast because im worried what it will make my body look)
i started at 155, i am now around 149. i like this

Summer can be a crazy time of the year. I get lazy too time after time. Whenever I feel lazy, I just picture myself being 500 lbs and that sometimes starts the ignition. However, I procrastinate a lot. Having friends helps keep me motivated. Good luck with your goal!0
