Check.... (you get the picture)

Husband's birthday last night. I'll say I overindulged just a little. Somehow "buying random drinks for the birthday boy" turned into "for the birthday boy AND his wife".

so...

thank god for MFP food diary and all the water it's been reminding me to drink lately! I'm awake. and while I'm not exactly "feelin' fine", I'm not a mess.

but now I totally lack the motivation to do what I need to do (30DS and a nice long outside run).

help!

danced for an hour last night, but I'm sure that didn't even begin to offset the calories consumed booze-wise...

how do you manage to get out the door with a mini-hangover???

Promise myself a nap after. Plus the run will help sweat out the booze. It wont be your best run ever...but it's so much better than not going at all.

lots of water, a tylenol, and PUSH yourself to get out that door!! i had one of the mornings a few weeks ago- it happens to the best of us! Yesterday was in the past, today is the furutre so choose to just step over that line in the sand and start fresh...! Good luck!!!

UGH.. I hate when I feel too dehydrated to run and all I wanna do is lay around .. but she's right, sweating out the booze will make you feel better. Just give yourself some time ..hydrate.. and then do it - You won't regret it :)

yes, just get out there and do it!!! PLEASE make sure you drink plenty of water before and during your run....the alcohol has you so dehydrated...you don't want to have a problem!

If you are a sports drink kinda person...may not be a bad idea when you have "one of those" mornings!!
