cool thread! I am proud that I did 45 minutes of cycling today after my weight training even though it hurt, and supposedly burnt 400 calories I also only ate 1 caramello koala while my husband had 2. Woohoo!0

This sounds stupid but I'm proud that I only had 2 glasses of wine last night so I'm not hungover today... Therefore I WILL exercise. Usually Sundays I just lay around all day because I had too much wine Saturday night :P0

I did 30 mins of step while my husband played xbox. Normally I just lay on the couch and watch. I am also proud that I have started turning wishes into decisions and have started taking actions to get there.0

I'm proud that I got myself up and moving in time to get all outside chores done (we have horses and dogs), got a quick 30 min workout in and still made it in time to attend Sunday Mass this morning! I'm all set and ready for the rest of my day!0

I woke up in a fabulous mood, and managed to stay happy even though I got into a fight with a cake.0

I am proud that someone that hasn't seen me in 10 months made a big deal about how "beautiful" I look and how PROUD she was of me. I'm proud that someone else is proud of me LOL!0

I'm proud that i'm sticking with my healthy life style change, and this is my fourth week of NO alcohol, and i feel amazing!!0

I' proud today as i decided to go through my wardrobe for last years summers clothes and they were all to big - had to bin the lot, only prob now i have no summer clothes so need to go shopping.0

I am proud that after losing 34 lbs total so far, none of last year's clothes fit and I'm in the smallest size of my wardrobe! Yesterday I shopped at a consignment shop and got to buy multiple items of XL size clothing instead of the 2X I wore last summer! Yeah for more shopping!0

I am proud of myself for getting up and getting moving and getting the exercise I need even when I do not feel like it!! By the by, what a terrific thread and I have enjoyed reading everyone's accomplishments!!!0

I'm proud of the fact that even though i was a greedy cow and ate a MASSIVE indian take away, I got on my exercise bike and paddled until every last calorie I over ate had been removed... and then i peddled some more.
70 mins continuous cycling which is great because 30 is my usual limit :drinker:0 -
I am proud that I stuck to all of my goals last week. I stayed within my calories goals and over achieved on my fitness goals. I am taking to day as a rest day and hanging with my little family.0
