How should I enter it? I just tried it for free on demand, I liked. So ready for my HRM to come in!! How long is level 1 also? I wasn't paying attention at all

I would just enter it as circuit training.

Edit: I remember entering it for 28 mins or so.

With me, I enter it manually as 6 week 6 pack. According to my HRM, I burn between 260-285 calories per session.

It's like 35 minutes for Level 1 and I would log it under circuit training until you get your HRM.

It's great for a core workout but not the best workout for cardio in general.

I'm currently doing 6w6p and its a great workout. It kills me. I love it, cause I know I'm getting results. I should have 6 pack by fathers day. lol Well, be in better shape anyway. It's been about a week and I already see changes in my body. Yay!! :-)

It's really depends on the individual with how many calories your burning. I would agree with the HRM. Hopefully you get it soon. :-) Best of luck to you.

I just did two days of it and I think it's an awesome *kitten* kicker! I also did it through my on-demand through cable, but am seriously considering buying the dvd. I have not sweat like that in a long while, it was great! Even just as a fun thing to rotate in with other exercises, you feel it after the first time.
