Hi folks.

I'm a kinda newbie, been playing about on the site on and off for a fair long time but never been to the message boards.

Looking for some motivation and inspiration and a general kick up the back side. Been playing with weightloss for too long now but this month has really seen it get out of hand and it's now goingthe wrong way. My clothes are shrinking (if only that were true) and I'm getting more and more fed up with the whole feeling fat and useless mantra that seems to be stuck on repeat in my head. What's more I'm sure my F&F are also sick to the back teeth of me moaning and whinging about being fat when in reality yes I know I'm the only one that can fix it.

Hoping somewhere along the lines by verbalising my feelings that they become real and that will help me to stick to this thing for more than a day at a time. Well actually a whole day would be some kind of miracle at the moment.

Hoping that you and MFP will help me on my journey.

Apologies for the cheery introduction, I'm not always like this honest, just as i sit here contemplating the cream cake in the fridge am at the end of my tether.

Tomorrow is a new day and I really need something to help me focus on my goal beyond the point where I open my eyes in the morning

    hi...first thing , using my fitness pal will be very helpful, just stick with it...even if you go over your allowed calories....second GET RID OF THE CAKE.....it helps when our frig and pantries are stocked with foods that help us.....good luck
