June Challenges?

Options
Anyone wanna start something new for June? I am gonna do a 30 day 10 lbs challenge. I know some can loose more then 10 lbs in a month but some cannot. I am gonna be hitting the gym as mush as possible. Hopefully 3-4 days a week. I have surgery coming up in July and a reunion, and so far, I have lost 7 more lbs in May. I want to hit my goal by end of year!!!!!
