Is anyone here like me and sweat like a *kitten* in church? I did my workout today and after my run the treadmill was soaked and my shirt was too, I hit the sauna and took my shirt off and rang in out and I bet there was about 2 cups worth of sweat in it, gross I know :)

I will admit it... I do too. But I like to think my sweat is SEXY ;)

I soak through 2 shirts on volleyball nights. It really is gross.

The more in shape I become, the more I sweat. I just did a 30 minute yoga dvd and was starting to drip! lol... (it is pretty humid outside though). your body gets better at cooling itself off as you get in better shape :)

yes and I hate it . I especially hate it when you can feel it on your scalp starting to trickle. When my kids were small and they would want something if I was sweating (we lived in the desert) I'd point to my upper lip that meant... you need to wait mommies sweating...they are 23 and 27 and laugh at me when I sweat. My daughter keeps reminding me how good it is for me

I wish I sweated. I have an underactive thyroid ( just started medication) and I don't sweat at all. It's uncomfortable. I've only just now, after a month on the meds, started to sweat a little bit. It's a badge of honour for me, now everyone knows at the gym that I *do* work hard. lol before, I would work my butt off and be as fresh and dry as when I started. and really uncomfortable.

i soak through my shirt during regular room temp yoga!! Jogging, especially now that the humidity is kicking back up in MO....looks like I ran through the sprinklers or jumped in a pool mid run. So yes, I do sweat like a *kitten* in church too. :)

How did you lower your body temperature without sweating
