Back fat ..

of course I know you can't loose weight in specific areas I just wondered what exercises to do along with loosing weight to tone up my back? Kinda talking around the bra area and hip area.

    I don't have any specifics, I do use the machines at the gym - that target the back, and the triceps and doing my cardio.... and while the scale is not moving too fast for me, the lost inches are becoming more noticeable.

    I wanna know, too! All the DVDs I have say that doing the row and the fly are back-specific, but they seem to just be upper back. I hope someone out there knows!

    Pull-Ups or Assisted Pull-Ups and Dumbell Rows will help with your upper back muscles. I don't really know if doing lower back strength training will do anything to help with hip area.
