I have to admit, I'm so super frustrated that my calorie counting just went totally out the window this weekend. Don't despair, I'm starting again today and will make sure I stay on track. My question though is why can't I drop kilos? I've been trying for months now and it seems whether I excersice or not or whether I eat super healthy or not I seem to stay between two kilos of where I was. If anyone can help me, I just want to shed 3 to 4 kilos and I'll be at my goal weight.. that's all I have left.. why is it so hard and so frustrating! HELP!

Take a look at my blog:

I have a post on there about plateau's. Try a few of them and see if it helps. You may be doing stuff that your body is already accustomed to. You can do this! Just keep at it!!

    Keep me posted :)

Without being able to see your food diary it is hard to say. If you have that little to lose, you will not be able to have a weigh loss goal of more that .5 pound per week. Even less than that might be necessary. As I said, without knowing more, I can't really comment beyond that.
