Red Velvet Cafe in Las Vegas

All,
I've found the mecca of amazing baked goods at low calories/fat. They have a whole cafe with typical cafe types of food (sandwiches, salads, etc), but the cakes, muffins, cookies... I'm in love. They have large single-serving cakes and all of them are under 200 calories and between 4-7 grams of fat.
To top if all off, they are vegan/vegetarian friendly.... all of their baked goods are vegan. My wife, being a vegetarian, brought me home some carrot cake a few weeks back and had me taste it... it was as good, if not better than any carrot cake I've had prior. They have a menu on their website, but the baked goods are much more in the shop.... 2 locations - 1 on the west side and 1 in the fashion show mall. Moral of the story, last night I split a tiramasu cake w/ my wife, logged 100 cals, and felt great about it.
Yesterday, I asked the lady at the shop about what they use to make the frosting and she gave me the "proprietary blah blah". So basically, its all a secret. Anywho, check 'em out if you live or are visiting Vegas. I like to see good places get good business. www.redvelvetcafelv.com
(and no, I have no affiliation... just found out about them a few weeks back... although, I'm tempted to ask about a franchise so I can learn the recipe  )
