I've been told on a few occasions that I needed to share some progress pics so here goes. The first one was taken in October a couple weeks before I started MFP. The next was taken just a couple weeks ago. Hope this works:)

The exercise started off slow so it was just tracking calories at first. Now I exercise about 6 days a week, but mainly to walking dvd's. Thanks everyone!0 -
