Advice from runners, please

i run 5 days a week i always take mondays off no matter what on saturdays i try the elliptical and strength training but some weeks i run 6 days usually 3-8 miles depending on how i feel that day and sundays are my long runs 10+ miles. Listen to your body but with running it's a lot mental with endurance but if you are just starting make sure you go slow and pay attention to how you feel!0
