And the list goes on and on and on

Opinions/knowledge about energy drinks anyone......I am sure there are lots. I don't think they are as bad as they are made out to be but I don't understand all the hype about the taurine. I have read about it some and from what I understand it is produced naturally in our bodies and does a lot of things that are beneficial. Here is the PS......I drink the sugar free ones and I am thinking the sweetener is worse for me than the other stuff in it. Anyways......curious to see where everyone sits on this.

I average less than 1 a day - maybe 5 or 6 a week. And have for a while. Not sure if it has helped to speed the metabolism or not. I do know they work to wake me up and give me a boost!

we have one here in NZ called V.
Rightly or wrongly I drink about 2 sugarfree of these a day. I dont think it does anything either way for weight gain or loss.
