but ive lost 3inch from my hips i from my chest and 0.5 from my thighs.

Forget the scale, it is only an estimate and your weight will change throughout the day anyway. Your measurements are better, and those sound like an improvement to me! Keep up the good work0

II'm sorry but it happens, it's probably water weight.
You probably had to much sodium and are holding some water, give it a few days and you'll see it goes away.
Just stay the course, do what you've been doing. Watchiing your diet.0 -
I'm not sure, but maybe its water weight or muscle? I would say muscle because you lost some fat! WAY TO GOO0
