Any package of cake mix
A can of diet pop
So if you want a chocolate cake, use Betty Crocker Super Moist Chocolate Fudge with a can of diet coke. Bake according to box directions.
If using 13x9 pan, cut into 12 slices. Top each with 1 TBSP fat free Cool Whip.
170 calories per slice.
You can alter this for any combination of cake mix and pop. For carrot cake I would use diet sprite with a box of carrot cake mix. Top with 1 TBSP Cool Whip. I know it isn't a cream cheese frosting, but it still tastes really good.:bigsmile:0
