Crock Pot YUM-202 Calories

Per serving: 202 calories, 3g fat, 330 sodium, 9g carbs, 1.25g fiber, 3.5g sugar, 29g protein.

4 slices of center-cut bacon or turkey bacon
1 cup fat free low sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup red wine
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 1/2 pounds raw boneless skinless lean chicken breast tenders
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups baby carrots
1 1/2 cups sliced onion

Prepare bacon on the stove in the skillet sprayed with nonstick spray or on a microwave safe plate in the microwave. Once cool enough to handle, crumble or chop and set aside.

Combine broth, wine, cornstarch, garlic, in the crock pot. Stir until completely mixed. Season chicken with salt and pepper, and then add it to the pot. Add bacon and veggies and stir throughly.

Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 7 to 8 hours. Until chicken is cook through.

Stir well and season with additional salt and pepper.
