There is a few of us girls who work 3rd shift and every 30 mins we get up and use weights for our arms or do leg excercises for 5 mins then stop. It totalled about 90 mins. How do i figure out how many calories were burnt? I was using Calisthenics, home, light/moderate... but really do not know what is best to choice for this. We def are working our muscles in the small about of time... HELP!

To me it seems like you want to eat back your exercise calories, which is not advised. You can't tell how many calories you burn with resistance training, becaue when you're done your body is starting to repair itself, which is still burning calories. HOw many calories you burn with resistance is based on many factors.0 -
