Hi all, I've been lurking around the forums for a while now but just thought I'd say hello. :happy:

I live in North East England and started my journey a few months ago after tipping the scales at almost 23 stone. :embarassed: I'm now under 18 stone and already feel much better for it with boundless amounts of energy!! It also encourages you more when I see people who I've not seen for a while and they comment on my new appearance.

I'd post a pic or two if I knew how!
